Blower SystemOptimized air duct design featuring a high-temperature-resistant fan motor with centrifugal blades, providing strong turbine-style air circulation to avoid dead spots. This ensures more even hot air distribution inside the box, leading to greater energy efficiency and quieter operation. It also guarantees a good working environment. Wind speed and pressure meet test standards and comply with domestic environmental protection requirements. Some components have high reliability and compatibility, and are easy to install, maintain, and repair.
Heating SystemUtilizing far-infrared heating technology, it boasts high radiation effects and faster heating speeds. The heating tubes are evenly distributed, ensuring the system operates independently without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer, automatically adjusting the heating output power based on the internal temperature to meet precise power requirements. This design is more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
Temperature Control SystemUtilizing a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, featuring a digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. When paired with a solid-state relay, it offers continuous adjustment functionality. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the controller's output signal to regulate it. The temperature can only finely fluctuate within the PID temperature range for precise constant temperature action, enhancing the accuracy of the internal temperature. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of a malfunctioning instrument or operation error leading to excessive temperature, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Insulation performance—Excellent thermal insulation technology, significant sealing effect, the exterior of the box maintains the normal indoor temperature, has minimal impact on the ambient temperature.

Temperature ControllerA set of intelligent digital temperature controller for automatic temperature control, with a control accuracy of 0.1-1 degree and PID adjustment.
Time Setting Device:HS48S-99.99 timer device, with manual/automatic switching capability. It starts counting down when the temperature reaches the set value and cuts off the heating power supply once it reaches the set range.
Time-Alarm DeviceAPT/AD16 Sound and Light Alarm Device, immediate alarm upon time set completion, manual end alarm prompt.
Over-temperature alarm device:When the temperature exceeds the set value range, the protector immediately cuts off the control power supply.

Equipment Usage Environment (Please Note)
Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, with no intense vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields nearby, no direct sunlight or other heat sources radiating directly, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for use and maintenance must be left around the equipment.
