It provides an excellent operating environment, with wind speed and pressure meeting testing standards and environmental protection requirements. Heating SystemUtilizing far-infrared heating technology, it boasts high radiant efficiency and faster heating speeds. The heating tubes are evenly distributed, ensuring the system operates independently without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer, automatically adjusting the heating output power based on the internal temperature to meet precise electrical demands. This not only enhances environmental protection but also contributes to energy savings.
Temperature Control SystemUtilizing a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, featuring a digital timer relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. When paired with a solid-state relay, it offers continuous adjustment capabilities. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the temperature controller's output signal source to regulate, ensuring the temperature remains within the PID temperature range for precise and stable operation. This improves the internal temperature accuracy of the box. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power if the instrument fails or an operation error causes the temperature to exceed the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Insulation performance—Excellent thermal insulation technology, significant sealing effect; the exterior of the box maintains the normal indoor temperature, with minimal impact on the ambient temperature.

Thermometer controller:An intelligent digital temperature controller for automatic temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.1-1 degree and PID adjustment.
Time Setting Device:HS48S-99.99 timer device, with manual/automatic on/off capability, starts timing when the temperature reaches the set value, and cuts off the heating power supply once it reaches the set range.
Time Alarm DeviceAPT/AD16 type acoustic and light alarm device, immediate alarm upon completion of setting time, manual termination alarm prompt.
Over-temperature alarm device:When the temperature exceeds the set value range by a certain margin, the protector immediately cuts off the control power.
Thermometer device:A stainless steel PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor for precise temperature measurement, and a stainless steel K-type platinum resistance temperature sensor for use with an over-temperature protector.

Equipment Operating Environment (Please Note)
Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, with no severe vibrations around the equipment, no safety hazards, no strong magnetic fields nearby, no direct sunlight or other heat sources, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for use and maintenance around the equipment is required.
