Blower System - Optimized air duct design with high-temperature-resistant blower motor and centrifugal blades, featuring strong turbine-style air circulation to avoid dead spots. This ensures more even hot air distribution within the chamber, leading to greater energy efficiency and quieter operation. It provides a better operating environment, with wind speed and pressure meeting test standards and environmental protection requirements. Some components offer high reliability and compatibility, with easy installation, maintenance, and repair.
Heating System — Utilizes far-infrared heating method, offering high radiation effect for faster heating. The heating tubes are distributed rationally. The system is completely independent, without affecting the control circuit. Both temperature control and power are calculated by the computer. It automatically adjusts the heating output power based on the temperature inside the box, to meet the precise electrical demand with greater environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.
Temperature Control System - Equipped with a microcomputer digital display intelligent temperature controller with PID adjustment, digital time relay, high accuracy, and clear visibility. It features continuous adjustment function when paired with solid-state relays. Once the temperature reaches the preset value, the relay receives the output signal from the temperature controller to control the temperature, which can only finely fluctuate within the PID temperature range for a constant temperature action. This improves the accuracy of the internal temperature of the box. The circuit is equipped with an over-temperature protector, which immediately cuts off the control power in case of instrument failure or operation error leading to temperature exceeding the set value, ensuring the safety of the products inside. The over-temperature protector can be adjusted within the approved range.
Insulation Effectiveness – Excellent thermal insulation technology with significant sealing performance; the exterior of the box largely maintains the normal indoor temperature, with minimal impact on ambient temperature.

Timer setting device:HS48S-99.99 Timer Device, featuring manual/automatic on/off, starts timing when the temperature reaches the set value, and cuts off the heating power supply once it reaches the set range.
Time-Alarm DeviceAPT/AD16 type sound and light alarm device, immediate alarm upon time setting completion, manual termination alarm prompt.
Over-temperature alarm device:When the temperature exceeds the set value range, the protector immediately cuts off the control power supply.

Installation Site:The ground is level, well-ventilated, free of excessive vibration around equipment, without safety hazards, surrounded by no strong magnetic fields, without direct sunlight or other heat sources, no high concentration of dust, and no corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials. Adequate space for usage and maintenance must be left around the equipment.
