4.1The internal recirculation pump rotates smoothly without any binding, stalling, or vibration.

4.2 Perform a sealed air pressure test on the internal recirculation pump; test pressure is 3 kg/m³.², spanned5 minutes without leakage.

4.3 The internal recirculation pump utilizes a double mechanical seal structure and lip seal arrangement, ensuring reliable operation for up to 15,000 hours without the need for replacement.

4.4 The cable leading from the internal recirculation pump is of the YZW type rubber-sheathed flexible cable as specified in GB5013.2 or equivalent cables, with the cable sealing head treated with special sulfurization to prevent water leakage into the motor due to cable sheath damage.Cable jacket features reliable protective devices；

I. Equipment Operation Sections"Local" and "Automatic" versions.

1) Automatic Control. After checking the power supply and ensuring it is on, switch the selector switch on the control cabinet panel to the "Automatic" position. At this point, the submersible pump will be controlled by the central control room, and no on-site operation is required from personnel.

2) Local Control

a) Check the power source, ensure it is powered on.

b) Set the "Local/Stop/Automatic" selector switch on the control cabinet panel to the "Local" position.

c) Press the "Start" button to activate the equipment.

d) Press the "Stop" button to halt the equipment.

e) Promptly inspect and repair any faults after occurrence, and then re-power and reset the equipment to resume operation once the fault is resolved.

Do not operate sludge pump dry; when in operation, the coupling should rotate evenly with no binding or friction sounds.

Three, frequent startups of the sludge pump are strictly prohibited. The standby pump should be operated at least once a week.

Four, after each repair (especially re-wiring), it is essential to confirm that the motor's rotation is in agreement with the pump's specified direction before the official start-up.

V. Check for any unusual noises or vibrations in the mud pump during each shift.

Six: If an abnormal noise is heard from the mud pump during operation, the pump should be immediately shut down, the standby pump activated, and a maintenance report submitted at the same time.
