The Duwan Environmental QJB7.5/12-620/3-480S Submersible Mixers rotate smoothly with no sticking, stalling, or vibration.
The潜水mixer machine undergoes a sealed pressure test, with the test pressure being3 kg/m², no leakage observed for 5 minutes.
Submersible mixing machines are equipped with a double mechanical seal structure and lip seal arrangement, ensuring mechanical seal integrity.Operates reliably for 15,000 hours without the need for replacement.
Submersible mixer's pull-out cable is made ofYZW-type rubber sheathed flexible cables or cables with equivalent performance, as specified in GB5013.2, come with a standard configuration length of 10 meters. The cable sealing heads are treated with special vulcanization to prevent damage to the cable jacket and water leakage into the motor.
The surface of the submersible mixer is coated with anti-corrosion paint, maintaining a glossy finish without any signs of dirt, scratches, or cracks.
The submersible mixer is equipped with a sealed leakage protection device in the oil chamber.
Submersible mixer's cable features dual-color wire (yellow)/Green) designated as the grounding wire, with reliable connection. The grounding mark is prominent and not easily worn off during use.
Propellers and rotors of the submersible agitator are tested for dynamic balance, with a balancing accuracy ofG6.3;
Submersible mixer stator winding is equipped with a moisture sensor to prevent the motor winding from being damaged by moisture.
Submersible mixers operate under specified conditions,InitialAverage run time before the last failure was not less than10,000 hours, with an overall lifespan of not less than 20 years for the entire unit.
3. Structural Design Requirements:
3.1. Host Machine
Submersible mixers feature a direct-connected stamping structure, utilize multi-stage motors, and have blades that are stamped into shape for high precision and efficiency. The design is compact with a small volume and light weight, making operation and maintenance convenient, and ensuring a long service life. The housing is made entirely of stainless steel.Manufactured from 304, with a sleek and aesthetically pleasing design.
Submersible thrusters utilize a cycloidal pinwheel reduction structure, featuring compact design, small size, and light weight. The impeller is driven through...Optimized CFD software with excellent hydraulic performance.
3.2 Terminal Box
The junction box is completely sealed and isolated from the surrounding liquids and motor parts.
Cooling: The motor stator is cooled by the surrounding liquid.
3.3 Blade
Propellers of the submersible agitator are designed with anti-torsion curves to prevent clogging and slag formation.
Dive propellers feature two-leaf rubber blades and a steel hub, effectively preventing blade breakage. The blade's leading edge is curved backward for long-term automatic cleaning. It is securely fastened to the shaft with a locking nut, allowing for easy removal and replacement during lifting and maintenance.
3.4. Electric Motor
Insulation grade for motor windings:H grade, under normal conditions, the motor temperature does not exceed 80°C.
3.5. Oil Chamber
Lubricate and cool the sealing device, bearing housing, and gears between the motor and the liquid. The oil chamber serves as a shock absorber and noise reducer. A bladder device can be installed if necessary to reduce and lower the pressure increase within the oil chamber.
3.6. Bearings
The operational lifespan of the submersible mixer bearing is greater than10,000 hours
Considering the unfavorable factors during bearing operation, the selected bearing lifespan will be higher than the aforementioned value. Our company selectsSKF imported bearings.
3.7 Axial Seal
The submersible mixer consists of two mechanical seals and one lip seal. Seal material: Tungsten Carbide.
Corrosion Protection and Material: Motor Housing:HT200 Corrosion-resistant; Blade Wheel Shaft: Stainless Steel 304; Impeller: Stainless Steel 304; Screws, bolts, nuts, and other connecting accessories: Stainless Steel 304.
Axle 304 Stainless Steel
Impeller Stainless Steel304 nitriding or other hardening treatments.
Main Housing 304 Stainless Steel
Guideway Installation System Stainless Steel304
O-ring Nitrile rubber
Mechanical Seal Tungsten carbide
Electrical Control Cabinet Stainless Steel
Matching field stainless steel control box
Each submersible mixer is equipped with a control and protection signal line, controlled and protected by a control cabinet, featuring overload, phase loss, short circuit, leakage, over-temperature protection functions, and corresponding signal indications, ensuring reliable operation of the unit.PLC Interface.

Duwan Environmental QJB7.5/12-620/3-480S Submersible Mixers SetBasic Requirements for Control Boxes
A.2.1On-siteThe electrical components in the control box should meet the rated breaking capacity for primary components.≥50kA requirements. All electrical control systems within the box operate safely, with reliable actions. Switches, buttons, and indicator gauges should meet remote/local control requirements.
A.2.2 Component Requirements:
Molded Case Circuit Breaker: Made in China, Breaking Capacity50kA;
Miniature Circuit Breakers: Made in China
Contactor: Made in China
Thermal relay:
Start/Stop Button and Indicator Light: Domestic.
Terminal block: Domestic.
All electrical componentsInstallation, debugging, and acceptance must meet the requirements.
A.2.3 All on-site control cabinets are made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and equipped with stainless steel door handles on the cabinet doors.
A.2.4 The cabinet door locks should be uniformly selected as corrosion-resistant and sturdy alloy locks. The exterior lock should be a keyed lock, while the interior lock should be a convenient lock. The keys for locks of the same type should be identical. The control cabinet panel must also have a sealed cover with an observation hole over the indicator lights and buttons, etc., which can be locked to prevent moisture from rain from affecting the components. Use silicone rubber sealing rings.
A.2.5 Protection Class of the Control Box: Indoor not less than IP54, outdoor not less than IP56.
A.2.6 Color Identification of Electrical Equipment
Electrical equipment casing colors comply with the "Uniform Color Regulations for Thermal Power Plants" issued by the China Power Investment Corporation.2008 edition in effect. The use of buttons and indicator lights should comply with the relevant regulations in IEC 60073.
A.2.6.1 Indicator Light
Each circuit breaker panel should be equipped with a red light and a green light to indicate the closed and open states of the circuit breaker, respectively, with a yellow light indicating..."Automatic Trip." When used for simulation line indication, a three-color light can be employed.
When using illuminated button controls, the illuminated button should be engraved with clear instructions such as:"Push to Open" or "Push to Close," after the command is executed and the device moves, the light should emit the following colors.
All light colors must comply with the following conventions unless otherwise approved:
Red: Live and Actuated Positions
Green: No-force or non-action position
Yellow: Fault or Abnormal Condition
