AccessoryOutdoor control box, button box should withstand climatic conditions, suitable for continuous operation in outdoor corrosive environments. The box should have sufficient space for cable entry and exit, and be equipped with fixing devices and fillers. All circuit breakers, switches, starters, isolation equipment, etc., should be installed on the base plate, connected with busbars, and accessible for maintenance on the front. The box is made of stainless steel 304, with a color of RAL7035 light gray. It should meet the requirements of IEC standards. The protection class should not be less than IP55.

The rotating panel is equipped with manual control buttons, a switch, and indicator lights. The box should be supplied with necessary electrical components (such as incoming line switches, starters, and protective devices), cable in and out lines, and grounding terminals. Knockout holes for cable entry and exit are provided at the bottom of the box. The contractor shall submit all the wiring hole locations that are connected to the civil construction. Each outdoor control box and electrical control box should be equipped with installation brackets, trays, and accessories suitable for the operating height.

Four-core wire: The three thicker cores are for the three-phase power lines, and the single core with yellow/green dual color is the ground wire.

Five-core wire: Three cores are thick wires for the three-phase power line, one core wire is yellow/green dual-color for the ground wire, and one core wire is the 31# wire (motor leakage signal wire).

Seven-core wire: The three-core thick wire is the three-phase power line, the single-core wire with yellow/green dual color is the ground wire, the single-core wire is the 31# wire (motor leakage signal wire), and the other two cores are the 11# and 12# wires (motor overheating protection signal wires).
