1. The Submersible Jet Aerator features a compact structure, small footprint, and easy installation. It is primarily composed of a submersible污水pump, an aeration unit, and an intake pipe, making it compact and space-saving; plus, it is easy to install and maintain.
2. Its aeration efficiency is high, with a wide range of applications. The aeration machine features a high-speed jet flow state, ensuring thorough liquid-gas mixing, high oxygen absorption rate, and high power efficiency. It is 3 to 4 times more efficient than traditional aeration ponds, shortening the aeration time, and is used in various wastewater treatment processes, including plug flow aeration ponds, mixed aeration ponds, delayed aeration ponds, oxidation ditches, and oxidation ponds, among others.
3. The aeration system is simple and highly reliable. As the aeration machine does not require blowers or similar equipment, the system is straightforward. Apart from the intake, the rest operates submerged in water, resulting in minimal noise.

The Deep-Sea Self-Priming Submersible Jet Aerator is mainly composed of a WQ type submersible sewage pump, Venturi tube, diffuser, intake pipe, and silencer. Its working principle is as follows: the water flow produced by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed jet, creating a vacuum around the nozzle which draws in air through the intake pipe. This forms a high-speed liquid-gas mixture jet, carrying many bubbles, that whirls and stirs in a large area and depth of water, completing aeration.
Features and Applications
The Deep Water Self-Priming Submersible Jet Aerator simultaneously stirs and aerates water bodies, producing fine bubbles for high oxygen transfer rates while offering the advantage of impeller blockage resistance. The strong uni-directional liquid flow creates an effective convection cycle, and the motor load varies little with water level changes, making it particularly suitable for use in pools with significant water level fluctuations. Without the need for compressed air, the submersible aeration depth can reach10m. Cost-effective with easy installation and maintenance.

The intake volume and aeration capacity are listed under standard test conditions.(At 20℃ water temperature, atmospheric pressure 101.325 KPa), test values at a submersion depth of 3m for the aeration pump, using clear water as the test medium. If the intake volume at the submersion depth exceeds the values listed, the supplier must provide the submersion depth and intake volume to enable our company to design and supply an optimized device. In moderately polluted water, the aeration capacity should be multiplied by0.85 as the design basis.
