The impeller type of the mixer should meet the process requirements, and the motor power should meet the performance requirements of the mixer.Impeller Diameter: φ=2000mm.As per customer's requirement, Jiangsu Du'an Technology should specify the form, impeller diameter, power, etc., of the mixer.

The mixer shaft and blades are designed with sufficient strength, rigidity, and vibration resistance to ensure smooth operation under various design conditions without any abnormal vibrations.

The mixer reducer is capable of transmitting the required operating power under various design conditions and can withstand the load transmitted by the mixing shaft.

The bearing of the mixer shaft supports the weight of the mixer shaft and impeller, and withstands all torques, bending moments, and axial loads.

The mixer material should meet water quality requirements.

The motor material and performance should comply with the relevant technical standards issued by GB755, ASTM, and IEC.

The motor should be suitable for 380VAC 3PH 50Hz power operation, with an IP55 protection rating, F insulation class, and outdoor vertical installation.

The equipment provided by the seller must ensure continuous or intermittent operation for 24 hours a day under the local weather conditions, and must also be capable of normal startup and operation after a long-term shutdown.

The double-conical blender itself should be equipped with speed control function (without a variable-frequency converter).

Each twin-surface mixer is equipped with a reducer. Common reducers on the market include helical gearboxes and harmonic drive reducers. Helical gearboxes offer higher transmission efficiency and greater load-bearing capacity, while harmonic reducers have many more mating teeth than gears, which can distribute impact loads more effectively under shock conditions. Compared to helical gearboxes, harmonic reducers produce much less noise and are easier to maintain. The motor consists of an AC squirrel-cage induction motor and a parallel shaft-helical gearbox reducer (hardened teeth) in an integrated structure. All bearings of the twin-surface mixer have a service life of not less than 100,000 hours. The motor is designed for outdoor use, with an IP68 protection rating and F-grade insulation. The twin-surface mixer gearbox is equipped with an oil level inspection hole, operating 24 hours a day.

Dual-curved mixer performance requirements

The dual-curved mixer meets the following guaranteed performance values:

(1) Noise level at 1 meter from the rotating equipment does not exceed 85 dB(A).

(2) Mechanical Performance Warranty: Under normal operating conditions, the machine is guaranteed to run continuously for no less than 8,000 hours per year, with a reduction gear efficiency of not less than 96%. The main design life is at least 15 years; the bearing design life is at least 50,000 hours.

(3) Mechanical Warranty

The static sway of the shaft should not exceed 0.25 mm/m.

Operation under the same working conditions involves two types of installation: dry (also known as vertical shaft) and submersible. Dry installation involves fixing the drive unit to the working bridge, transferring kinetic energy to the impeller components in the medium through a drive shaft. It is used in liquids with high solid content, high water temperatures, and abrasive properties. Due to the impeller's automatic alignment feature, the operation is relatively smooth, with the reducer noise less than 60 decibels. Submersible installation eliminates the need for bridge structures, utilizing submersible power, and positioning with the equipment's own weight. It is flexible and convenient, suitable for bodies of water with deep depths, stable water quality, and no abrasive properties. The water temperature should not exceed 40°C, with a pH value between 6 and 9. Its features include noiseless operation and no visual obstructions.
