Product Description
Submersible mixers are key equipment in water treatment processes, meeting the process requirements for homogeneous and flowing two-phase and three-phase solid-liquid-gas systems during biochemical processes. They consist of parts such as submersible motors, impellers, and installation systems. Depending on the transmission method, submersible mixers can be divided into two main series: mixing mixers and low-speed push flow mixers.

A.2.1On-siteThe electrical components in the control box should meet the rated breaking capacity for the primary element.≥50kA requirement. All electrical control systems within the box operate safely, with reliable action. Switches, buttons, and indicator gauges should meet remote/local control requirements.

All on-site control boxes/cabinets are made of 304 stainless steel, with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and equipped with stainless steel door handles on the box/cabinet doors.
2.4 The cabinet door locks should be uniformly selected as corrosion-resistant and sturdy alloy locks. The outer lock should be a keyed lock, while the inner lock should be a convenient lock. The keys for locks of the same type should be identical. The control cabinet panel must also have a sealed cover with an observation hole over the indicator lights and buttons, etc., which can be locked to prevent moisture from rain from affecting the components. Use silicone rubber sealing rings.

A.2.6 Color Identification for Electrical Equipment
Electrical equipment enclosures are available in colors according to the "Unified Color Regulations for Thermal Power Plants" issued by the China Power Investment Corporation.Operate in accordance with the 2008 edition. The use of buttons and indicator lights should comply with the relevant provisions in IEC 60073.
A.2.6.1 Indicator Light
Each circuit breaker panel should be equipped with a red light and a green light to indicate the closed and open states of the circuit breaker, respectively, with a yellow light indicating..."Automatic Trip." When used for simulation line indication, a three-color light can be employed.
When using a lighted button for control, the button should be engraved with clear instructions such as:"Push to Open" or "Push to Close," after the command is executed and the device has moved, the light should emit the following colors.
All lamp colors must conform to the following conventions unless otherwise approved.
Red: Live and operating positions
Green: No-Pressure or Neutral Position
Yellow: Fault or Abnormal Condition
White: Normal or Standard Condition
Blue: For other uses, label when in use
Lights on distribution boards and control panels should have a test function, allowing all lights to be tested while the equipment is in operation. The test operation of the lights will not cause any other equipment to activate.
Button
Lighted or unlighted buttons should be shielded or have flat tops to prevent accidental contact during operation.
When a certain situation calls for"Allow" button, should be interlocked with normal controls to require pressing the "Allow" button prior to normal operation.
Button color requirements are as follows:
The stop button installed on the front of the distribution panel is red, and the start button is green.
The button installed on the desk, adjacent to the indicator light, is black in color unless otherwise specified.
All button contacts should be shielded to prevent dust and contact failure, with the contact capacity capable of meeting the requirements of the applied circuit.
