Product Overview:
Non-leakage magnetic pump (简称: magnetic pump) is a new type of pump that utilizes the principles of modern magnetic mechanics and the magnetic force of permanent magnets for torque transmission without contact. This means that when the motor drives the outer rotor assembly (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the isolation sleeve under the influence of the magnetic field, thereby driving the inner rotor assembly (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) and the impeller to rotate synchronously. Since the medium is enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of non-leakage transfer of the medium is achieved, thereby solving the shaft seal leakage problem of mechanical transmission pumps, and the design is fully sealed, non-leakage, and pollution-free.
Energy-saving new industrial pump, performance meets international standards, can replace expensive imported chemical pumps. Product advantages:
1. The TC leak-proof magnetic pump is a newly developed and designed industrial pump by our company, based on HG/T 2730-2012 (Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Chemical Process Pump), featuring full-sealed, leak-proof, and pollution-free operation.
2. The pump body, impeller, and cover are designed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for modular design and precision casting of hydraulic components. They feature wide flow channels, high efficiency, excellent cavitation performance, low radial force, accurate dimensions, smooth flow paths, and good interchangeability.
3. Our magnets are made of ferrite, neodymium-iron-boron, and samarium-cobalt, offering excellent magnetic properties, high-temperature resistance, and no demagnetization. Their magnetic energy product is 28 MG·Oe, with a maximum耐受 temperature of 350°C. Under normal cooling conditions, their operating temperature is limited to 260°C, ensuring no demagnetization and a theoretical service life of up to 20 years for the magnetic material.
4. The shaft sleeves and sliding bearings are made of high-wear materials such as silicon carbide, graphite, and PTFE, and are equipped with lubrication grooves, effectively ensuring the pump's service life.
5. Leak-free; all sealing points are fitted with closed-type static seals, driven by a magnetic coupler, and do not require nitrogen sealing. Safely and economically addresses medium leakage issues.
6. The pump's axial force self-balancing structure utilizes hydromechanical principles to automatically balance axial forces through fluid pressure differences. The thrust plate of the rolling bearing only bears unbalanced axial forces during the startup and shutdown of the Wanfu Long pump, achieving nearly zero axial force at operating conditions, which significantly enhances the overall stability of the machine's operation.
7. Direct-latch design for easy pull-out, no need to disassemble the pipeline, convenient for maintenance.
8. Horizontal installation, compact structure, small footprint, low vibration, low noise, and exceptionally smooth operation.
9. Drive transformed from coupler to synchronous traction; no contact or friction involved. Low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping vibration reduction features, minimizing the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the effect of cavitation vibration on the motor.
