PA1012 is a recyclable, eco-friendly biobased nylon, with a biobased content exceeding 60%.

Features:

The absorbency is low in nylon, with good size stability, oil and alkali resistance, and is non-toxic, also offering excellent flexibility at low temperatures.

Usage:

Suitable for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, or powder coating, it can replace nylon 11 and nylon 12.

High strength and modulus, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, low water absorption rate, excellent molding and processing properties, and good dimensional stability. Suitable for product components that require low water absorption rate, high dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance, such as the midframe bottom cover of smartwatches, smartwatch casings, drone wings, water valves, and engineering conveyor chains.
