Actuator-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve Product Overview
The actuator-operated pressure regulating valve is primarily used for maintaining constant nitrogen pressure at the top of storage tanks, to protect the material inside from nitration and ensure tank safety. The actuator-operated pressure regulating valve consists of two main parts: the ZZDQ rapid discharge valve and the ZZV self-regulating low-pressure valve. The rapid discharge valve is composed of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-16K type single-seat cut-off valve.
When the pressure inside the tank reaches the set pressure, the quick-acting relief valve quickly opens to release the excess pressure inside the tank. The low-pressure regulating valve opens the valve to inject nitrogen into the tank as the tank pressure drops. Since the low-pressure regulating valve must be used at a pressure below 0.1 Mpa, and the field pressure is high, a ZZYP type pressure regulating valve must be installed to lower the pressure to below 0.1 Mpa before it can be used. The nominal pressure is 0.1 Mpa, with pressure settings available in stages from 0.5 Kpa to below 66 Kpa, and the medium temperature ≤80℃.
Actuator-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve with Controller Product Features
(1) No external energy required; operates in environments without electricity or gas, convenient and energy-saving, reducing costs.
(2) Nitrogen-sealing device supplies nitrogen, with convenient pressure setting for nitrogen release, allowing continuous production conditions.
(3) The pressure detection diaphragm has a large effective area, with a set spring stiffness that is low, ensuring sensitive operation and a balanced working device.
(4) Utilizes a design without filling material, resulting in minimal friction on the valve stem, rapid response, and high control accuracy.
(5) The nitrogen supply unit is operated by a controller, achieving a pressure reduction ratio of up to 100:1, with excellent decompression performance and high control accuracy.
(6) To ensure the safety of the storage tank, a breathing valve must be installed on the tank's top.
(7) The breathing valve plays a crucial safety role, eliminating the defect of frequent opening and closing in conventional nitrogen-sealing devices that leads to easy damage.
