Self-acting Flow Control Valve Product Overview
Our ZZLP/M self-operated flow control valve is a new type of regulating valve. Compared to manual regulating valves, its advantage is automatic adjustment. In contrast to electric regulating valves, it does not require external power. Application practice has proven that, when used correctly in closed-loop water circulation systems (such as hot water heating systems, air conditioning cooling systems), this valve can easily achieve system flow distribution; it can achieve dynamic balance of the system; it can greatly simplify system debugging; and it can stabilize the pump's operating state. Therefore, the self-operated flow control valve has a broad application prospect in heating and air conditioning engineering. The function of the self-operated flow control valve is to maintain a constant flow through the valve under the change of pressure difference between the valve's inlet and outlet, thereby maintaining a constant flow of the controlled objects in series with the valve (such as a loop, a user, a piece of equipment, etc., etc.). There are many names for the self-operated flow control valve, such as self-operated flow balance valve, fixed flow valve, self-balancing valve, dynamic flow balance valve, etc. Different types of self-operated flow control valves have different structures but similar working principles.
