Self-Regulating Pressure Valve - Product Overview
Our ZZYP self-powered pressure regulating valve requires no external energy. It utilizes the energy of the medium being adjusted as the power source to drive the actuator and control the position of the valve core, altering the pressure difference and flow at both ends to stabilize the pressure before (or after) the valve. The self-powered pressure regulating valve boasts advantages such as sensitive operation, good sealing, and minimal fluctuation in the set pressure point. It is widely used in automatic control for stabilizing pressure or pressure relief in gases, liquids, and other media.
Self-contained pressure regulating valve series include single seat (ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM), and double (ZZYN) structures; actuating mechanisms are薄膜式 (diaphragm type) and piston type; operational types are pressure reduction after valve (B type) and pressure relief before valve (K type). Nominal pressure classes are PN16, 40, and 64; valve body bore sizes range from DN20 to 300; leakage classes include II, IV, and VI levels; flow characteristics are quick opening; pressure step adjustment ranges from 15 to 2500 Kpa. Can be customized to meet user's operational requirements.
Self-Regulating Pressure Valve Product Features
(1) The self-contained pressure regulating valve requires no external power source and can operate in places without electricity or gas, offering convenience and energy savings.
(2) The pressure range is finely segmented and overlaps, with high adjustment accuracy.
(3) The pressure setpoint can be continuously adjusted during operation.
(4) The pressure ratio between the pressure before and after the valve can be 10:1 to 10:8 for post-valve pressure regulation.
(5) Rubber diaphragm detection with high actuator accuracy and sensitive operation.
(6) Equipped with a pressure balancing mechanism, the regulating valve responds sensitively and controls accurately.
