Self-contained Pressure Regulating Valve - Product Overview
Our V230 Self-Operated Pressure Regulating Valve is composed of body, seat, and core components, and is an energy-saving product that automatically regulates pressure without external power, relying solely on the pressure changes of the medium being adjusted. It is suitable for pressure control devices for non-corrosive liquids, gases, and steam. Compared to the ZZYP series, the control spring is further from the body, making it less susceptible to medium temperature changes and easier to replace or adjust. Therefore, the self-operated pressure regulating valve is widely used in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, light industry, and urban heating and heating systems. The self-operated pressure regulating valve series has nominal pressures of PN16 and 40, nominal pipe sizes ranging from 20 to 300mm, and operating temperatures up to ≤350°C. A variety of types are available for selection, offering a wider pressure difference range than older models.
Self-acting Pressure Regulating Valve Product Features
(1) Self-contained pressure regulating valves require no external energy source, enabling operation in places without electricity or gas, offering convenience and energy savings.
(2) Fine and overlapping pressure stages with high adjustment accuracy.
(3) The pressure setpoint can be continuously adjusted during operation.
(4) For valve downstream pressure regulation, the ratio of upstream to downstream pressure can be 10:1 to 10:8.
(5) Rubber diaphragm detection, with high accuracy in actuator measurement and sensitive operation.
(6) Equipped with a pressure balancing mechanism, the regulating valve responds sensitively and controls accurately.
