Our GWZRHP electric high-temperature regulating valve boasts tight closure, compact structure, light weight, and easy maintenance. It is composed of an intelligent integrated actuator and a low-flow resistance regulating valve body. The electric high-temperature regulating valve is paired with the 3810 series (or PSL series) electric actuator and a precision small-sized regulating valve body, featuring feedforward function. It accepts unified 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC standard signals, converting current signals into corresponding linear displacements, automatically controlling the regulating valve's opening to continuously adjust process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level within the pipeline. The regulating mechanism of the electric high-temperature regulating valve employs a balanced plug structure, which ensures good valve stability, low vibration, low noise, and minimal temperature sensitivity. It allows for relatively small pressure differences and high temperature variations. The electric high-temperature regulating valve is widely used in scenarios with high flow rates, high temperatures, and less stringent leakage requirements. It is extensively applied in the automation control of pipelines carrying corrosive media such as gases, liquids, steam, and oils.
