The valve body of the miniature pneumatic regulating valve features an S-shaped streamlined flow channel, offering benefits such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for harsh working conditions. The pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is equipped with an electric-pneumatic valve positioner or a pneumatic valve positioner, enabling automatic regulation and control of the process fluid medium. The miniature pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is widely used in maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level for gases, liquids, steam, and other media at specified values. It is particularly suitable for applications with small allowable leakage, relatively low pressure difference before and after the valve, and media with certain viscosity and a small amount of fiber.
