Our ZJHM pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve features a double-sealed structure, consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a low-flow resistance precision small sleeve regulating valve body. The multi-spring actuator is characterized by its low height, light weight, and easy installation. The precision small valve body has an S-shaped streamline flow passage. The pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve boasts compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for stringent working conditions. Particularly suitable for applications with low leakage requirements and significant pressure differences before and after the valve. The main features of the pneumatic sleeve regulating valve are as follows:
(1) Equipped with a balanced double-sealed valve core, allowing for a large pressure difference under unbalanced forces, ensuring stable operation.
(2) The valve core guide surface is large, which can improve oscillation caused by eddy currents and impacts.
(3) Reduces noise by approximately 10dB compared to standard single and double seat regulating valves.
(4) Simple structure for easy assembly, disassembly, and maintenance.
