GEROYAL's ZJHL pneumatic diaphragm cage type control valve is a top-guided low-noise control valve, consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic actuator and a low-flow resistance cage type valve body. The multi-spring actuator is characterized by its low height, light weight, and simple assembly. The valve internals feature a single-seat guided valve core. The pneumatic diaphragm cage type control valve primarily utilizes fluid pressure to achieve rapid movement of the valve core, with minimal operating force and a single-seat sealing design for high precision flow characteristic curves. The valve body of the pneumatic cage type control valve has an S-shaped streamline channel, offering advantages such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy maintenance, making it suitable for stringent working conditions. The pneumatic diaphragm cage type control valve boasts good dynamic stability, low noise, and resistance to chemical corrosion, making it ideal for controlling fluids with high pressure differences at various temperatures.
