Equipment Structure

The disassembly and assembly box is made of steel structure, featuring a modular assembly design.

(2) The guide rail is welded into shape from 20x20 stainless steel and 3.5mm stainless steel plate bent rail seats. Two options are available for the guide rail: pre-buried and ground-level flat铺设. The ground wheel is made of precision cast steel.

(3) Gearbox automatic shift structure, steering wheel can self-position in a vertical position.

(4) The cabinet is equipped with anti-tilt and anti-ejection protection devices to prevent cultural relics from slipping out when the cabinet door is opened.

(5) Each column shelf is designed with anti-tipping devices, lock-down mechanisms, and shock-absorbing structures. The columns are also equipped with anti-displacement devices and interlocking braking systems between them.

(6) The entire rack system must have good air permeability and dust-proofing effects.
