Galvanized steel cable trays are suitable for installing wires and cables with a general diameter of 2.5mm over spans of 0.6m to 12m, with up to 6 layers, and are applicable for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. When using steel composite pipe (PVC) conduit in public passages or outdoor road crossings, or under light load conditions, the protection class should not be lower than IP30. For outdoor use of glass fiber reinforced plastic cable protection pipes, the weather resistance index should not meet the specifications in Table 1 of GB/T5037.
3. When using heat shrink sleeve splicing and bolted connection for fixation, ensure the heat shrink sleeve's shrinkage length is ≥15mm.
4. For shielding electrical interference signals with transmission frequencies above 100 Hz, it is advisable to choose compact metal bellows conduit products such as holeless tray-type channel boxes. For applications involving only low-voltage control signal transmission, products with hole tray-type channel boxes, which are simpler in structure and lower in cost, can be used.
5. For straight sections of power and control cables, a universal compensator made from steel plate bending or fully pressed into shape is recommended.
6. Unless there are special design requirements, changes to the physical properties and chemical composition content of the lining material are generally not permitted.
7. Configurable accessories such as auxiliary suspension brackets, arm supports, and lighting systems, among other components, are available to ensure the full functional integration of the entire line, catering to engineering and economic requirements.
8. The rated voltages specified by this standard are all referred to as the RMS (Root Mean Square) values.
