Section 1: Vehicle Usage Precautions:
1.Do not place any debris on the battery surface; keep the battery surface clean.
2.After vehicle undercarriage damage (collided), inspect for any wire deformation or damage under stress.
3.No external power supply required; no vehicle wiring modifications.
4.Each vehicle's electronic control and vehicle are matched; do not modify the electronic control program parameters. Please contact the after-sales staff when replacing the electronic control.
5.Use batteries and chargers compatible with the vehicle. Please contact the after-sales staff when battery or charger replacement is needed.
6.Operate within the design load and road conditions.
7.Regular maintenance and upkeep of vehicles.
II. Battery Charging Precautions:
1.The charger curve is matched to the battery; do not use other chargers to charge the vehicle.
2.Charging should be in a well-ventilated and dry environment.
3.Use a 220V power source with safety standards.
4.220VOvervoltage current and power meet the charging requirements of the charger.
5.Charge at least once a month.
Section 3: Vehicle Maintenance Precautions:
1.Regularly clean the battery surface.
2.Regularly inspect the reliability of all power connectors and electrical connections (check for loose, corroded, or oxidized bolts and nuts on batteries, motors, and electrical wires, and treat them accordingly).
3.Regularly inspect the battery motor electrical wires for signs of deformation, damage, or aging due to high current; replace if necessary.
4.Regularly check and replenish battery water in lead-acid flooded batteries (no maintenance batteries do not require battery water replenishment).
5.Regularly inspect the consistency of the entire battery set. If there is a significant difference in the static or dynamic pressure between individual batteries, please contact the company's after-sales staff.
