Tools and Accessories
One, Necessary Tools and Installation Accessories:
1. Installation Tools: engineering cables, electric drill, screwdriver sleeves, hand-held saw, tape measure, steel ruler, wrenches, hand-held polisher, vice grips, hand tools.
2. Installation Accessories: waterproof rings, pressure caps, protective pads, self-tapping screws, self-tapping wood screws, stainless steel angle hooks, waterproof caps.
3. Sealed Small Materials: Resin glue, resin powder, for use in case of drilling errors during construction, mix the two materials together to fill in.
Methods and Procedures
II. Requirements for laying composite resin tile roofing:
1. Slope: Our superior synthetic resin tiles are suitable for roof slopes of 20 to 80 degrees.
2. Rafters: Common rafters materials and sizes (mm): lumber 60×40, square steel tube 60×40×3, C-shaped steel 100×50×3. Metal rafters must be coated with rust-proof oil once and two coats of topcoat.
Rafters must be treated with anti-corrosion oil or coated with asphalt oil, with the top rafter position 180mm from the ridge line for easy installation of the ridge tiles, and the bottom rafter position 50-70mm from the eave for bamboo-section design.
The main rafter spacing must not exceed 660mm, and the main rafter spacing for large arched rafters must not exceed 750mm.
