Superior Building Materials has purchased two FRP production lines and three steel edge equipment, including skylight panels, corrosion-resistant panels, high-transparency skylight panels, and high-flame-retardant skylight panels, solving the defects commonly found in conventional skylight panels during use. Mechanized steel edging uses an axially-pressed roller forming machine of the same type as the pressed color steel, with no length limit. The finished products match the angle steel plates, ensuring uniformity in all nodes with mechanized operation, for easy and quick construction. Steel edging production by machine automation: Utilizes a tension bending machine to extrude, allowing for various panel shapes, but each steel edging is about 25 meters long, not requiring consideration of construction or water flow direction. In other words, these advantages are rare, if not non-existent, in other roofing materials, making the steel edging skylight a new type of building material. Before fixing the skylight panels, a pilot hole must be made, with a diameter larger than 2mm of the fixing screw diameter to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, preventing cracking of the skylight due to thermal expansion and contraction.
