The glass chip cleaner is composed of a water sieve drum, a main frame, and a transmission device, with a drain port for the water tank below the main frame. It is used for cleaning debris from wastewater: the water supply pipeline is connected to tap water or a recirculating water source, and the water pressure should be 2 kg/cm². The working section is divided into two parts, one for spraying cleaning materials and the other for brushing the sieve debris: the drainage pipeline is divided into bottom discharge from the water tank and overflow collection at the top of the water tank, both draining into the drain. The transmission device consists of a motor, a reducer, and a chain drive. The glass chip cleaner is cylindrical in shape, with spiral guide vanes on the inner wall. The glass chips are cleaned with water under pressure as they are pushed by the spiral. Compared to similar products, it has the advantages of even discharge, high cleaning rate, water-saving, and small occupied area.
