Electric Insulating Ball Valves are composed of a high-precision electric actuator and a through-type jacketed insulating ball valve, offering excellent thermal insulation and cooling properties. The valve bore matches the pipe diameter, effectively reducing heat loss in the pipeline medium. The electric actuator features an integrated structure with an internal servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. It can be controlled with a 4-20mA control signal or a 1-5VDC and 220VAC power supply. Insulating jacket electric ball valves are primarily used in systems such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and food industries for transporting high-viscosity media that solidify at normal temperatures. Due to the integral structure, these electric insulating ball valves are smaller and lighter than conventional ball valves, with no external leakage and excellent sealing performance. The jacket, made of carbon steel pipe welding, is more pressure-resistant and robust than castings.
