The electric heating control boxes are generally divided into non-explosion proof and explosion proof types, depending on the application.
Non-explosion-proof distribution boxes (cabinets) are made of steel sheet bodies, designed for power distribution of electric heating products in non-explosion-proof areas. They are available in wall-mounted or floor-standing configurations, featuring overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection. They are categorized into single-phase and three-phase types, with output ranging from 1 to 48 channels. Temperature control is available in two forms: digital temperature controllers and BJW-type temperature controllers.
Explosion-proof distribution boxes (cabinets) are made of aluminum alloy shells, electrostatic powder coating, and comply with the explosion-proof regulations of GB3836.2-2000. They are used for electrical heating products in Class II, Zone 1 and 2 explosion-proof locations. They feature overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection. Available in single-phase and three-phase models, they provide outputs from 1 to 24 channels. Temperature control is available in two types: digital temperature controllers and BJW-type temperature controllers.
