
Description: The RDP2-J4 high-temperature constant power electric heater operates on the same principle and structure as the RDP2-J3 model and can be used for explosive gas mixtures T3-T6 in areas one and two of the factory. Its main difference is: higher high-temperature grade; the medium maintains a temperature of ≤205°C, with insulation materials being high-temperature composite materials and PFA fluoroplastic. The insulation material has a higher temperature resistance of up to 206°C.
Application Range: The RDP2-J4 high-temperature constant-power electric tracing heater is suitable for tracing, frost protection, and insulation of pipelines, valves, and pump bodies, as well as maintaining the process temperature of instrument pipelines.
