The fan control box is primarily used for controlling the start and stop of fans, and can also be integrated with fire dampers for fire protection. It comes in single and dual power supply options, with direct and star-delta start modes. Suitable for applications with three-phase rated voltage of 380V and frequency of 50Hz, where frequent direct starting and reversible operation are required, it is mainly used for squirrel-cage motors below 45KW. For light load starting, a compact starter that can be controlled manually, automatically, or remotely is available. This product is small in size, easy to install, simple to operate, and can meet various fan starting requirements.

It features automatic protection against overcurrent, phase failure, open circuit, overload, and power failure, providing reliable protection for the fan. A timer can be optionally installed to switch to time control mode with a single button, running according to a set time program, or equipped with temperature control to automatically regulate the fan. Application Environment
1. Ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C, nor fall below -5°C, with an average temperature of no more than +35°C within 24 hours.
2. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at high temperatures of +40°C, and higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C.
3. Air clean, free of corrosive and explosive gases, without conductive or sharp particles that can damage insulation.
4. For applications without significant sway or shock vibration, the vertical installation tilt angle should not exceed 5 degrees.
5. Altitude not exceeding 2,000 meters.
6. The switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures; -25℃ to +55℃, and for short periods (not exceeding 24 hours) up to +70℃.
7. Should the user fail to meet the aforementioned conditions, they should negotiate with the manufacturer.
