The fan control box is primarily used for controlling the start and stop of fans, and can also be integrated with fire dampers for fire protection. It comes in single and dual power supply options, with direct and star-delta start modes. Suitable for applications with three-phase rated voltage of 380V and frequency of 50Hz, where frequent direct starting and reversible operation are required, it is mainly used for squirrel-cage motors below 45KW. For light load starting, a compact starter that can be controlled manually, automatically, or remotely is available. This product is small in size, easy to install, simple to operate, and can meet various fan starting requirements.

The control box can be made of either ordinary steel plate or stainless steel, as per customer requirements. The exterior design, dimensions, and protection grade requirements for the application can be customized according to customer specifications. The internal design is completed in accordance with industry standards and meets both standards and industry norms. All components are either branded or from the customer's specified brand, enabling manual/automatic switching control functions. It features automatic protection against overcurrent, phase failure, open circuit, overload, and power failure, providing reliable protection for the fan. A timing device can be optionally installed to switch to time control mode with a single button, operating according to a pre-set time program, or it can be equipped with temperature control functionality to automatically control the fan using temperature. Usage Environment
The surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40℃ and not be lower than -5℃,with an average temperature not exceeding +35℃ within 24 hours.
2. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at high temperatures of +40°C, while higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C.
3. Air must be clean, free of corrosive and explosive gases, and free of sharp particles that conduct electricity or damage insulation.
4. In situations without significant swinging or impact vibration, the vertical installation tilt angle should not exceed 5 degrees.
5. Altitude not exceeding 2,000 meters.
6. The switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures; -25℃ to +55℃, with a temporary rise to no more than +70℃ within a short period (not exceeding 24 hours).
7. If the user cannot meet the aforementioned conditions, they should negotiate with the manufacturer.
