The fan control box is primarily used for controlling the start and stop of fans and can be integrated with fire dampers for fire protection. It comes in single and dual power supply options, with direct start and star-delta start modes. Suitable for applications with three-phase rated voltage of 380V and frequency of 50Hz, it is ideal for frequent direct start applications that can reverse, mainly for squirrel-cage motors below 45KW. For light load start-up scenarios, a portable starter that can be manually, automatically, or remotely controlled is available. This product is compact, easy to install, simple to operate, and meets various fan start-up requirements.

All components are either branded or from the customer's brand, enabling manual/automatic switching control functions. It has automatic protection features for overcurrent, phase failure, open circuit, overload, and power failure, providing reliable protection for the fan. A timer can be optionally installed to switch to time control mode with a single button, operating according to a set time program, or it can be equipped with temperature control functionality to automatically control the fan using temperature. Application Environment
1. Surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40℃ and not be lower than -5℃, with an average temperature of no more than +35℃ within 24 hours.
2. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at high temperatures of +40℃; higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃.
3. Air-free from corrosive and explosive gases, free from sharp particles that conduct electricity or damage insulation.
4. Vertical installation with an inclination not exceeding 5 degrees in the absence of significant swinging or shock vibrations.
5. Altitude not exceeding 2,000 meters.
6. The switch cabinets are suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures; -25℃ to +55℃, and may temporarily exceed +70℃ for a short period (not exceeding 24 hours).
7. If users cannot meet the aforementioned conditions, they should negotiate with the manufacturer.
