After passing through an air filter in the diesel engine cylinder, the clean air is thoroughly mixed with the high-pressure atomized diesel spray under the upward compression of the piston, resulting in a rapid increase in temperature and reaching the diesel's ignition point. The ignited mixture undergoes a violent combustion, causing a rapid expansion that pushes the piston downward, known as 'work.' The individual cylinders perform work in a sequential order, and the resultant thrust on the piston is converted into force to rotate the crankshaft via the connecting rods.
By aligning a brushless synchronous communication generator with the diesel engine crankshaft, the rotation of the diesel engine can drive the generator's rotor. Utilizing the 'electromagnetic induction' principle, the generator will produce induced electromotive force, which, through a closed load circuit, can generate current.
