2. Corporate long-distance and short-distance relocation: On-site disassembly of office furniture and supplies, with professional sorting and packaging.

Long and short-haul transportation matters:

All loose goods, we recommend customers sort and package them using cardboard boxes.

2. Be familiar with the details of the goods to be shipped by your company and prepare enough cardboard boxes and packaging tape.

3. Heavy items like books or documents that are not fragile, packed in small cardboard boxes and kept around 20 kilograms.

4. Clothing and other items should be neatly categorized and placed within the cardboard box to avoid overfilling or underfilling.

5. Reduce the number of small items and package them into large cardboard boxes after consolidation.

6. Please keep your bank cards, various documents, precious metals, and important company documents in your own possession to avoid loss.

All goods must be securely wrapped and evenly distributed in weight.

8. Please inform our company by phone in advance of the name, dimensions, and quantity of the large shipment items, so we can arrange for disassembly and select the appropriate packaging method.

9. Include the delivery city, recipient's name, and recipient's contact phone number on the outer packaging.

10. Please stack fragile and pressure-sensitive items separately.
