Air conditioner ventilation outlets refer to the exhaust outlets of the indoor unit, which can be mounted on the wall of the indoor unit or placed directly outside it. They are used to expel hot air from the indoor unit, reducing the indoor temperature, and also to introduce fresh outdoor air into the room.
Common types of air conditioning ventilation outlets include double-slat and self-hanging louvers. The double-slat outlets have two adjustable blades that can change angles, with the shorter blades used to adjust the dispersion angle of the air flow and can also redirect the air flow; adjusting the longer blades allows the air flow to adhere to the ceiling or incline at a certain angle (when heating). Self-hanging louver outlets rely on the natural下垂 of the louver to isolate indoor-outdoor air exchange. When the indoor air pressure is lower than the outdoor, the air flow will blow the louver open to exhaust outside, while outdoor air cannot enter the room.
When selecting the type of air conditioner vent, consider both practicality and personal preference. In addition to the vent type, factors like the vent size, location, orientation, filter installation, and air distribution method should also be taken into account.
