BKXGN-12-SIS3 Solid Insulated Full-Enclosed Medium Voltage Switchgear; Comprehensive solutions include circuit breakers for line protection, transformer protection, load control, fuse combination apparatus, PT power supply, bus coupler upgrading, transformer usage, and more, providing a series of solutions for grid upgrading and transformation as well as for power distribution to users. These solutions are configured to meet the requirements of an intelligent power grid with intelligent terminal base station combinations. This product can serve as a ring main distribution equipment for the power system and also as distribution equipment for industrial and mining enterprises and urban construction, featuring multi-functional versatility.
Solid insulated fully enclosed switchgear; utilizing solid insulation materials as the primary insulation medium, encapsulates and packages the main conducting circuits, which include vacuum interrupters, conductive connections, disconnectors, earthing switches, main busbars, and branch busbars, either singly or in combination, into one or several functional modules with full insulation and sealing properties, capable of recombination or expansion. The surfaces of the modules accessible to humans are coated with conductive or semi-conductive shielding layers and are directly and reliably grounded, forming a touch-safe ring main cabinet. The main circuit module surfaces are equipped with earthing networks, coated with conductive shielding layers, and directly and reliably grounded, ensuring no risk during invalid maintenance and enhancing user safety during operation and maintenance.

Three-position isolating switch with a sealed insulated housing can be pressurized with dry air up to 0.04 MPa, preventing moisture intrusion and condensation inside. It is equipped with a pressure gauge for online monitoring of internal pressure to prevent leakage and subsequent condensation due to humid air infiltration.
Medium-voltage systems are protected from the effects of harsh environments (contamination, corrosive gases, condensation, humidity, dust, etc.). This significantly reduces the likelihood of arc formation, offers a longer expected lifespan, and provides reliable solid insulation technology under various conditions—without SF6 gas insulation, without greenhouse gases, and environmentally friendly.
