The BKHB-12 Eco-friendly Gas Insulated Ring Main Unit series is suitable for industrial and civil cable ring and distribution terminal projects. It is especially designed for power acceptance and distribution, and is ideal for use in urban residential areas, small secondary substation, switchgear, electrical branch boxes, box-type substations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, sports stadiums, railways, tunnels, and other locations.

The conductive parts are encapsulated with solid insulation, and the external wiring uses shielded cable connectors. The functional unit connections use shielded insulated busbars. Consequently, safety is significantly enhanced, with the operating mechanism employing a spring mechanism, boasting a mechanical lifespan of over 10,000 cycles. All operating data and equipment conditions can be remotely monitored, allowing for unattended operation. It truly is an excellent distribution device.

The high-pressure chamber can be filled with dry air or nitrogen, accommodating harsh conditions such as high altitudes, strong sandstorms, low temperatures, extreme cold, high environmental protection requirements, frequent operation areas, explosion-proof safety zones, high salt fog, and condensation conditions. Fully insulated and enclosed, it is suitable for equipment that has been temporarily submerged in water, which can continue operation after some cleaning and drying measures are taken.

High safety: A comprehensive interlocking system, with clear visibility of three-phase isolation break points, prevents accidental operation accidents. The application of SF6 gas has been eliminated. Enhanced inter-phase isolation structure avoids inter-phase or multi-circuit short circuits that could expand or trigger explosion accidents. A vacuum chamber with explosion-proof and environmentally friendly gas is used, providing further protective properties for the switch with solid-sealed pole pieces.
·Ease of Operation: The disconnecting switch and grounding switch have a single operating handle, eliminating the need for identification and concern of errors. During the operation of the circuit breaker, the operating handle of both the disconnecting switch and grounding switch cannot be manipulated, thus simplifying the operation significantly and preventing operational mistakes.
The solidified pole piece is formed using the APG epoxy resin process, offering excellent electrical and mechanical properties. The solidified pole piece is a critical component of switches, serving both as an insulator and a load-bearing part. It meets technical requirements such as heat resistance, cold resistance, crack resistance, high mechanical strength, and good insulation strength.
