

Electrical Component Selection
The nIGGD container primarily utilizes advanced electrical components that are already mass-produced domestically. It also adheres to the principles of economy and rationality, retaining some usable older products like DZ10D and D220, etc., based on a thorough consideration of feasibility, while avoiding obsolete products.
(2) The HD13BX and HS13BX type rotating operating knife switches are components designed by NLS to meet the unique structural requirements of the BGGD cabinet. They alter the operating method of the mechanism, retain the advantages of the old products, and are a practical new type of electrical component.
(3) If the design department selects newer, higher-performance, and more advanced electrical components based on customer requirements, due to the GGD cabinet's good installation activity, it generally will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the component upgrade.
(4) To further enhance the dynamic stability of the main circuit, NLS has designed the ZMU-type combined busbar clamp and insulating support for the GGD cabinet. The busbar clamp is thermoplastic molded from high-strength, high-flame-retardant PP0 alloy material, featuring high insulation strength, excellent self-extinguishing properties, and a unique structure. It can be easily assembled into either a single or double busbar clamp by simply adjusting the modular interlock pieces. The insulating support is a sleeve-type compression mold with low cost and high strength, addressing the issue of insufficient creepage distance in the old product.
Structural Features
1. The cabinet of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinets is in a general cabinet form, assembled from locally welded frames made of 8MF cold-bent steel, with structural parts and matching parts supplied by a定点 production factory for electrical steel. This ensures the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to modular principles and have 20 modular mounting holes. The high generalizability allows factories to achieve pre-production, thus shortening the production cycle and improving work efficiency.
2. The GGD cabinet design fully considers the heat dissipation issue during operation. The cabinet has a varying number of heat dissipation slots at both the top and bottom ends. When the electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slots. Meanwhile, cool air is continuously supplied into the cabinet through the lower slots, creating a natural ventilation path from bottom to top within the sealed cabinet, thereby achieving heat dissipation.
3. The GGD cabinet is designed in accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product造型, utilizing the golden ratio method to design the cabinet's external shape and the partition dimensions of its various parts, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and fresh appearance for the entire cabinet.
4. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a swivel hinge, making installation and disassembly easy. Each corner of the door is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber/plastic strip. When closing, the door has a certain compression travel with the frame, preventing direct collision between the door and the cabinet body, and also enhancing the door's protection level.
5. The instrument door, equipped with electrical components, is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire. The installation parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection system for the entire cabinet.
6. The cabinet surface paint is a polyester orange baked varnish, offering strong adhesion, good texture, and a matte finish throughout the cabinet. It avoids dazzling effects, providing a more comfortable visual environment for value researchers.
7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed as needed for easy assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on-site. The corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for hoisting and transportation.
