Overview

The transformer box is divided into three parts: the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, and the transformer itself, which can be arranged in a " 目 " (target) or "品" (product) shape.

◆The interior and exterior surfaces of the box are smooth, free of rust, peeling paint, and impact damage. The coating is firmly and evenly applied with no noticeable contrast or reflective glare. The base of the box and all exposed metal parts are treated for corrosion and rust resistance, and coated with a durable protective layer.

◆ The top cover of the box is equipped with a waterproof sealing plate and a rain gutter, and the double-layered structure of the box cover can prevent heat radiation.

The design dimensions of the transformer box door match the size of the equipment installed, with the door utilizing an internal hinge. All doors on the transformer box open outward, with an opening angle greater than 90°. The box is made of stainless steel plates and coated with imported automotive paint, all in a smoked finish, offering resistance to salt雾, humidity, and mold, as well as strong outdoor weather resistance. The photovoltaic power station is located in an area with low temperatures, large temperature differences, high humidity, and frequent sandstorms. The transformer box features a reasonable protective structure, dustproof design, and low-temperature resistance, meeting the normal safe operation requirements under harsh environmental conditions.
