Product structure characteristics
The overall structure of the substation consists of two high-voltage switchgear rooms (40.5kV and 12kV sides), a relay protection room, and transformers. The outer shells of the high-voltage switchgear rooms and relay protection rooms can be made of stainless steel plates, steel plates, or composite panels. Stainless steel structures offer corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength; the components of steel plate structures have been specially treated for corrosion resistance; composite panels feature vibrant colors, aesthetic appearance, and heat insulation and flame-retardant properties. Transformers are located between the 40.5kV and 12kV high-voltage switchgear rooms and are directly mounted on the foundation. Users or manufacturers can install the +405 inverted high bed switchgear room, which can accommodate KYN61-405K, KYN10-405, and other switchgear equipment. For the 405kV outgoing line, users can choose between air-insulated or cable-type configurations.
The 12kV side high-voltage switch room is capable of installing switch cabinets such as XGN2-12, XGN66-12KYN28A-12, or ring main cabinets like XGN15BKRM6.
◆Installed AC screens, DC screens, signal screens, remote control screens (RTU), carrier machine screens, or fiber optic terminal machine screens inside the relay protection room.
Note: This substation can be equipped with conventional relay protection or a micro-computer integrated automation system, as per customer requirements.
