Overview
The transformer is divided into three sections: the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, and the transformer itself, arranged in a " 目 " shape. The transformer's cooling fins and the transformer body are exposed outside the casing, while all other live compartments are sealed within independent compartments. The compartments are isolated by partitions and equipped with access holes within the casing for ease of installation and maintenance.
The interior and exterior surfaces of the box are smooth with no rust, flaking coating, or dings. The paint layer is firmly even with no noticeable contrast or reflection.
◆The base of the housing and all exposed metal parts are treated for corrosion and rust resistance, and coated with a durable protective layer.
◆ The top cover of the cabinet is equipped with a rainproof sealing plate and a rainproof eave, and the double-layered structure of the cabinet top prevents heat radiation. The design size of the transformer cabinet door matches the size of the equipment installed, and the door is operated by an internal chain. All doors on the cabinet open outward, with an opening angle greater than 90°. The cabinet is made of stainless steel plates, painted with imported automotive paint, and all are painted. It is resistant to salt spray, damp heat, mold, and has strong outdoor weather resistance. The photovoltaic power generation station is located in an area with a large temperature difference, high humidity, and frequent sandstorms. The transformer cabinet has a reasonable protective structure, dust-proof structure, and low-temperature performance, meeting the requirements for normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
