Overview
This product utilizes a segmented cylinder design for the wire drawing with short glass fiber as the filling material, featuring an axial airway inside the coil for enhanced heat dissipation. The scientific casting molding process ensures that the resin fully penetrates between the turns, layers, and segments, guaranteeing the product's electrical insulation strength and low partial discharge values (≤5pd). Preventing cracking in the resin casting body, controlling the formation of residual bubbles within the casting, and reducing partial discharge to the minimum have always been significant challenges for transformer manufacturers worldwide, and are key manufacturing technologies for resin-encapsulated dry-type transformers. Through repeated production trials and meticulous physical and chemical experiments, our company has successfully resolved this cutting-edge issue, resulting in our short glass fiber-filled product achieving a tensile strength of 170N/mm and a bending strength of 220N/mm, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the solidified resin as a whole.
