Applicable Range

ZN63(VS1)-24 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers are indoor high-voltage switchgear for rated voltage of 24kV, three-phase AC 50Hz. They are suitable for control and protection switches in power generation plants, sub-stations, and industrial and mining enterprises' power transmission and distribution systems, particularly for high-altitude areas where important loads are frequently switched and operated. The circuit breakers are manufactured in compliance with China's national standard GB1984-2003 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers," DLT403-20003.6-40 5KV indoor vacuum circuit breaker procurement technical conditions: U and related IEC standards, and feature reliable interlock functions.

The circuit breaker's operating mechanism is spring储能-driven, capable of AC and DC energy storage operations. It can also be manually operated.

The circuit breaker can be equipped with a permanent magnet actuator with a long service life, boasting a mechanical lifespan of up to 60,000 operations, suitable for frequent operation scenarios.

The circuit breaker is designed in a front-to-rear modular structure, which can be used as a fixed installation unit or mounted on a chassis vehicle to form a Chinese-style unit.

Application Environment

● Environmental Temperature: Not higher than 40°C, not lower than -10°C (storage and transportation allowed at -30°C)

● Altitude: Not exceeding 300m. (If altitude increase is required, the rated insulation level will correspondingly increase.)

● Relative Temperature: Daily average not exceeding 95%, saturated steam pressure daily average not exceeding 2.2 x 10^3 MPa, monthly average not exceeding 1.8 x 10^3 MPa.

● Ground Cover Intensity: Not exceeding 8 levels.

No fire, explosion, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, or excessive vibration areas.
