To ensure the product operates normally under both high and low-temperature weather conditions, our push-button indicator lights are made from the 8097 explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant stainless steel series. This series offers greater cold resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-aging properties compared to standard button indicator lights.

2. To ensure normal operation under harsh conditions, our company uses silicone material for the rubber joints on the container and the sealing rubber at the inlets and outlets. This is more resistant to corrosion and high temperatures than regular rubber, and it does not age easily (ordinary rubber hardens after 3-5 months of use, and becomes ineffective in sealing after hardening).

3. Our products feature marble patterned plastic powder, which offers superior adhesion compared to standard 7035 and 2490 types. It is corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing, and less prone to peeling, providing better protection for the box.

4. For ease of use at the entry and exit points, all of our clamping baskets are made of carbon steel. They are more durable and heat-resistant than plastic.

5. Our switches are equipped with lockable panels for user safety, preventing others from turning the power on or off during maintenance and usage.

6. For easy installation and maintenance, we've added stainless steel hinges to each explosion-proof box.
