CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Magnetic Separator is suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with wash water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of trays, namely, the Conventional Tray (CTS), the Counter Tray (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Tray (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.Tray chutes are suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in the selection of coking coal.The semi-inverse flow slot is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore particles with a size of 0.5-0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with a particle size of 0.15-0mm.
