CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or the removal of strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of compartments: the Conventional Tangential Slot (CTS), the Counter Tangential Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Tangential Slot (CTB), to cater to different separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size of 0.6-0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-inverse flow channel is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ores with particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes between 0.15 to 0mm.
