CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Tube Magnets are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that when the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strongly magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strongly magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field as the cylinder rotates and are flushed into the concentrate tank with cleaning water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely the downstream slot (CTS), the upstream slot (CTN), and the semi-upstream slot (CTB), to accommodate various separation requirements.The chute is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channels are suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-upset slot is suitable for coarse and fine ore with particle sizes of 0.5-0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes of 0.15-0mm.
