CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet drum separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or for removing strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, thus completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Current Slot (CTS), the Counter Current Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Current Slot (CTB), to meet various separation requirements.Tray separators are suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore particles with a size range of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coal.The semi-inverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and concentrate separation of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
