CTS (N, B) Series Permanent Magnetic Drum Separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or the removal of strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adhering to the cylinder surface are carried out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, thereby completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of slots, namely, the Conventional Trapezoidal Slot (CTS), the Counter Trapezoidal Slot (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Trapezoidal Slot (CTB), to meet different separation requirements.Chute suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size range of 0.6-0mm, as well as for industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-against-the-current groove is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore particles ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, especially for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
