CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet tube magnetic separators are suitable for wet separation of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals or the removal of strong magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals are attached to the surface of the cylinder, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are discarded and排出. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field, then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of trays, namely, the Conventional Tray Set (CTS), the Counter Tray Set (CTN), and the Semi-Counter Tray Set (CTB), to accommodate different separation requirements.Chute is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ore with particle size of 6-0mm.The reverse channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles with a size of 0.6-0mm, as well as for heavy medium recovery in the industrial selection of coking coal.The semi-upflow channel is suitable for coarse separation and concentrate of ores with particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes between 0.15 and 0mm.
