The CTS (N, B) series permanent magnet tube type magnetic separator is suitable for wet processing of fine-grained strongly magnetic minerals, or removing strongly magnetic minerals mixed in non-magnetic minerals. The machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and large working gap, offering high processing capacity.The principle is that as the pulp enters the magnetic field, strong magnetic minerals adhere to the surface of the cylinder, while weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are ejected and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals that adhere to the cylinder surface rotate with it, are carried out of the magnetic field, and then flushed into the concentrate tank with washing water, completing the separation process.One cylinder can be equipped with three types of compartments: the Converging Tank (CTS), the Counter-current Tank (CTN), and the Semi-counter-current Tank (CTB), to cater to different separation requirements.Tray classifiers are suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ore materials with a particle size of 6-0mm.Reverse flow channel is suitable for coarse and scavenging separation of ore particles ranging from 0.6 to 0mm, as well as industrial heavy medium recovery in coal washing.The semi-upset trough is suitable for coarse selection and concentrate of ores with particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0mm, particularly for concentrates of minerals with particle sizes from 0.15 to 0mm.
